Mountain Mavens Sisterhood was born from a simple belief — that women are better, stronger, and more themselves when they spend intentional time in nature together (and sometimes beautifully alone, side by side).

Each month we gather somewhere in Summit County for an experience that nourishes you — body, mind, and spirit. The locations change. The instructors change. The food and drinks are always incredible. But the feeling is always the same: you leave more yourself than when you arrived.

The Vibe: Inward & Reflective

This month, we are stepping away from the noise of daily life and stepping into stillness. This gathering is intentionally curated with an inward/solo vibe. It is a sacred space designed for you to reconnect with your own center, practicing side-by-side with your sisters in a beautiful, shared silence.

If you’ve been needing a collective exhale, a moment to ground your energy, and the space to just be, this is for you.

What to Expect

Grounding Qigong: Gentle, flowing movements led by Natalie to awaken your energy and align your body with the rhythm of the mountains.
Guided Meditation: A peaceful mental reset surrounded by the whispering pines and crisp, fresh High Country air.
Sacred Chanting: Tap into the power of sound and vibration to release tension and welcome in deep clarity.
Nourishment for the Soul: True to the Sisterhood tradition, we will wrap up our practice with incredible food and drinks to fuel your body and delight your senses before we head back down the trail.
